🧵 Production Time
All our products are handmade.
- Production begins once payment has been received.
- The usual production time is 1 to 5 working days, depending on our current workload.
- If, at checkout, you select the option “Yes, with confirmation photo”, we will send you a picture of your product so you can confirm that you’re happy with it — or request adjustments until it’s just right. Please note that this may slightly extend the production time. We’ll contact you again once it’s finished and ready to ship 💛
- If this option is not selected, your order will be shipped directly once it’s ready.
🚚 Shipping Costs
To keep things simple and transparent, we work with a standard shipping rate throughout Switzerland.
The cost is 7.95 CHF, regardless of the region.
All orders are shipped with Swiss Post, and the shipping cost will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase.

📍 Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be sent to the address provided during checkout, so we kindly ask you to carefully review all details before completing your order — especially your shipping address and email address.
It’s important that your address is correct to avoid delivery issues, and that your email is entered correctly so you can receive your order confirmation, invoice, and any necessary communication from us ✨
At Fly for Kidz, all shipments are sent via Swiss Post using standard delivery.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 working days once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our workshop and is handed over to Swiss Post 📩
📦 Delays, Loss or Delivery Issues
At Fly for Kidz, we carefully prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.
Once the parcel leaves our workshop and is handed over to the shipping company, delivery management is handled by them. While we cannot control possible delays or incidents during transport, we always want you to feel supported 💛
If there is a delay, a delivery change, or if the tracking system shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly for more detailed information.
