Once your order is ready, standard shipping within Switzerland takes 2–3 business days.

Yes. During checkout, under “Extra Info,” you can check the box “📸 Yes, with confirmation photo.”

If selected, you’ll receive a picture of your finished product before shipping to confirm that you’re happy with it.

If you prefer immediate shipping, simply leave the box unchecked.

Yes, you can request personalized combinations or mix different themes. Just contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing your order, and we’ll design your perfect version together.

The baby’s name or initial can be added directly on the product page in the specific personalization field before adding it to your cart.

If your order is a gift, you can write your personal note or gift message in the “Extra Info” section at checkout.

We’ll include it inside the package with great care.

All our products are handmade in St. Gallen, Switzerland, using materials certified under European quality standards.

Yes 💛. We use food-grade, non-toxic silicone, untreated natural wood, durable cords, and secure baby-safe clips.

All materials comply with European safety standards for baby accessories.

Wipe themwith a damp cloth and, if needed, a small amount of mild soap.

Remove any soap residue with a clean cloth and let air dry completely.

Do not boil, sterilize, or expose to direct sunlight or heat for long periods.

If your product arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and send us a photo of the issue.

You won’t need to return it — we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Because our products are handmade and personalized, returns are only accepted in the case of a defect or error.
